IM three phase AC servo (axis) motor is an energy-saving power product independently developed and designed by Wuxi Xianfeng Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. And this product combined the up to date motor manufacturing technologies of Europe and America.
IM three phase AC servo (axis) motor can be matched with various high-middle and low frequency converter or axis frequency converter at home or abroad. It can be operated at open-loop control mode or close-loop control mode, and can obtain completely different excellent characteristics from ordinary ac frequency conversion motor. It is widely used in the applications which need speed control, such as numerical control machine, building materials, molding machines, textiles, light industrial machinery, metallurgy and conveyor line.
IM three phase AC servo (axis) motor adopts low noise bearing, high performance silicon steel sheet stator and rotor, high-precision feedback elements (for example, photoelectric encoder, rotary transformer, sin-cos encoder and so on). On the basis of structure optimal design and magnetic circuit optimization, it adopts F grade insulation structure and high-precision dynamic balancing technology and it has the following advantages:
● Compact structure, small volume, light weight and high power density;
● It adopts special design and has low electromagnetic vibration, low noises, high rotation accuracy and wide speed regulating scope of constant torque and constant power;
● Low rotor inertia and quick response speed;
● Uniform air gap, high balancing precision and small torque ripple;
● Whole seal design and the protective grade is IP54;
● Special F grade insulation structure, anti surge current and corona;
● The motor case is made of high strength aluminum profile. The shape and ventilation was finally determined through finite element analysis of temperature field. And it has large temperature gradient and good heat dissipation effect;
